Hello!

Instead of focusing on our achievements we’d rather answer a few questions you may have, so you can get to know how we think, work and approach digital marketing.

Over the past 25 years, we’ve had the chance to work across various settings—corporate environments, small businesses, and both large and small agencies.

We’re hands-on practitioners who stay involved in the day-to-day execution of the digital marketing strategies that will grow your business.

Please see the questions below.

You may be wondering...

How can you help us increase our online presence?

We’ll start by auditing your current online footprint to identify gaps and opportunities. Then, we’ll implement a tailored strategy that includes SEO, paid advertising, social media, content creation, and local optimization to ensure you’re visible where your target audience spends time online. If budget is a concern, after the audit, we would recommend starting with the most impactful action items.

What kind of results can we expect, and how long will it take?

Realistically, you’ll start seeing some improvements in traffic and engagement within the first 30-90 days. For more significant results like increased leads or sales, and SEO ranking, it typically takes 45-90 days. However using paid media channels like Google Adwords and Facebook you can expect to see increased traffic and engagement immediately. Also, the timeline can vary based on your industry, goals, and the competitiveness of your market, but generally we are able to increase revenues within 60-90 days. The first 30 days involve building a digital foundation to grow on, while simultaneously, running paid media to increase traffic, sales and revenue.

How do you measure success in digital marketing?

Success is measured through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that align with your business goals—such as website traffic, lead generation, ecommerce sales, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS). We provide detailed real-time dashboards and monthly growth reports too. We ultimately measure success by asking the question,"Did we make money?". Our focus is making your marketing profitable.

Do you specialize in any particular industries?

Our team has experience across various industries, from home services,  men's grooming, consumer products, medical supplies, ecommerce, Shopify, Amazon FBA, and more. Our strength lies in understanding your specific business model and market. Our experience in working with diverse clients means we bring fresh, tested strategies to any industry we serve.

How do you create and manage paid advertising campaigns?

We start with a detailed understanding of your target audience and goals, then craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies. Some call it an "Avatar" others call it an ICP or "Ideal Customer Profile". We want to know who your ideal customer is and where they are and what motivates them to buy your products. We perform keyword research and target the high intent, high converting search terms. We use all available options in Google to maximize conversions and cost per acquisition. We continuously monitor campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance and maximize the return on your ad spend.

Do you provide regular reports on campaign performance?

Yes, we provide comprehensive real-time dashboards and monthly reports that include metrics like traffic, lead generation, ad performance, and ROI. Additionally, we offer a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly reviews  to discuss the results, insights, and any adjustments we're considering making. As your growth partner, all the beans are on the table. We operate with 100% transparency  and if something isn't working, we'll be the first to know and raise a red flag. We've been doing this too long and we're too old to act any differently.

Can you handle both paid and organic marketing strategies?

That's our default setting.  When it comes to Google Adwords, for PMAX campaigns, the AI reads your site for relevance and if the SEO is in bad shape, you'll experience less than stellar ad results from Google Adwords PMAX campaigns. The health of the website and your landing pages is the first thing we audit to ensure the organic strategies are dialed in.

How do you approach lead generation and conversion optimization?

There is always low-hanging fruit. Always. We go pick that first. Then we use a multi-channel approach to attract, engage, and convert leads. This includes optimizing landing pages, running targeted ad campaigns, and implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to maximize conversions, leads or sales on the site.

How do you adapt enterprise strategies for a smaller business like ours?

We understand that smaller businesses often have tighter budgets, so we'll focus on high-impact, cost-effective strategies. Local advertising is costs less than national advertising and targeted campaigns by zip code or a simple 30 mile radius works well to capture your audience. Couple this with retargeting website visitors and using a "lookalike" audience is another way to reach the right people and stay in front of them constistently so when they do need your services, your company is "top of mind". Also, we go pick the low hanging fruit first. Typically this is in the form of an underutilized Google Business Profile. We prioritize quick wins to generate momentum while building a sustainable, long-term marketing plan that fits your budget.

Why should we choose work with Redwolf over others?

We're not a typical "agency". We've worked for those guys and found it wanting. We found working with smaller businesses more rewarding as we watch them grow and get more clients, more sales, more revenue and add more employees. With 25 years of experience, we bring a wealth of knowledge and proven strategies that deliver results. We don’t just see ourselves as another marketing company; we act as a strategic partner invested in your success.

Our track record, transparent communication, and commitment to achieving your goals set us apart. (We've actually told a Fortune 1000 firm to STOP SPENDING MONEY on online advertising because their ads just weren't working after 60 days of A/B testing everything under the sun. We switched to another online sales strategy involving affiliates and influencers and then the sales took off. Their CFO laughed and said, "No Agency has ever told us to stop spending money with them.")

We get excited  about winning, not playing. We know how to play. We want to win.

What’s your pricing structure, and how do you justify the investment?

Our pricing is simple. We work on a fixed cost basis so there are no suprises. It's like buying a dress.

We've simplified our pricing to avoid these crazy digital marketing pricing schemes we've seen over the years.

It's simple. We charge a flat fee for each of our services. For example, one month you may need email marketing setup and automation but once we're done, there's no reason to keep paying for it. So we charge a flat fee of $500 to setup 5 email automations in whatever platform you use. That includes email design/copy and automation setup. This sets you up for success to be consistently touching your customers with relevant offers and communications.
